Steadyflo Fuel Pump Systems features a patented metering pump that automatically adjusts the flow of different kinds of fuels to ensure an accurate, consistent flow. Unlike other units, there is no need for manual adjustments.
- Accutemp Preheater uses a solid state technology to heat the oil to 160 degrees before it enter the nozzle block. The large preheater has the heater inside the oil, unlike other units, to ensure no heat is lost and all of the oil is properly preheated even at oil temperature where other preheaters fail to get the oil hot enough to combust.
- On Board Air Compressor provides the precise air pressure necessary for proper combustion, with out the normal fluctuations associate with using shop air.
Energylogic uses these features to precisely control the combustion of the oil for optimum heat using a broader variety of fuels than any other waste oil furnace can burn. Fuels to be burned simply need to have a flash point from 100 to 400 degrees. Included is used crankcase oil up to 90w, automatic transmission fluid, used hydraulic fluid, used gear oil, and even synethics (except 100% synthetic).
